Gas Pump - Hero Prop

This vintage gas pump was created as a hero prop for a gas station environment I developed from scratch. The model was designed to stand out as a central element of the scene, showcasing intricate details and a strong sense of storytelling. The texturing process combined hand-painted and procedural techniques to capture the worn and aged look, with rust, scratches, and faded paint reflecting years of use and exposure to the elements.

The geometry was carefully optimized for real-time applications, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing visual fidelity. Lighting was set up to enhance the textures and emphasize the metallic surfaces, weathered edges, and glowing status lights. Vintage decals and signage were added to reinforce the retro atmosphere and bring authenticity to the design.
